Russell Martin
Executive Vice President
Following a career steeped in CO2 project development, Russell Martin joined Blue Source as Executive Vice President running the Company’s Houston office. From 1980 to 1987, Russell worked for Dresser Industries in a number of accounting positions before accepting a position with Enron Corp. in late 1987. In late 1996, he joined Shell Oil Company as Manager of their CO2 marketing team. Russell led the effort to form Shell CO2 Co. in 1998 and was named Vice President of Business Development of the joint venture between Shell and Kinder Morgan, which acquired Shell CO2 Co. in 2000 where Russell continued as the vice president of business development. Russell lives in Houston, where he heads the Blue Source office, and is married to Lynn and has two grown children.
