Mahesh Gundappa
Vice President of Engineering
Mahesh Gundappa is Vice President of Engineering at Blue Source. He is responsible for developing protocols for Blue Source’s diverse greenhouse gas project portfolio to meet evolving US and international standards for project-based emission reductions. He is also responsible for developing, outsourcing and managing engineering projects related to Blue Source’s investments in ghg emission reduction projects. Prior to joining Blue Source, Mahesh was senior project manager at URS Corp., where he consulted for several US and multinational companies on all aspects of ghg projects, including corporate strategy development, entity-wide emissions and project protocol development and verification. Mahesh received his PhD and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of North Carolina, where he lives with his wife Shobha and their children Vishesh and Anusha.
