IETA
Blue Source is a long-standing member of the International Emissions Trading Association. IETA works to meet the objectives of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and ultimately climate protection to establish an effective market-based trading system for ghg emissions by businesses that are demonstrably fair, open, efficient, accountable and consistent across national boundaries. The IETA has a goal of developing an active, global ghg market, consistent across national boundaries and involving all flexibility mechanisms as well as creating the Clean Development Mechanism, Joint Implementation and Emissions Trading.

EMA/CEMA
Blue Source is a long-standing member of the Canadian Environmental Markets Association and the Environmental Markets Association. CEMA is an international nonprofit trade association dedicated to promoting market-based trading solutions for environmental management industry professionals. The EMA has spent the past 10 years educating environmental professionals on emissions trading and risk management while creating insightful networking opportunities with industry experts. The EMA also has developed an internet-based seminar series addressing industry hot topics. Today, the EMA’s membership consists of more than 200 individuals from over 100 companies worldwide including academics, brokers, consultants, government agencies, non-profit groups, and large utilities. The EMA is committed to educating individuals in supporting market-based solutions.

NACCSA
Blue Source is a founding member of the North American CCS Association (NACCSA). This association is dedicated to informing individuals, corporations and government parties about the practice of CCS; reviewing and responding to regulatory and legislative actions involving CCS and developing expert support for legislative actions involving CCS.

Carbon Offset Providers Coalition
Roger Williams, Vice President of Portfolio Development at Blue Source, serves as Chairman of the Carbon Offset Providers Coalition. Founded in 2007, the Carbon Offset Providers Coalition (COPC) is a cooperative alliance of leading entities operating in the carbon offset market. The Coalition’s members include those involved in financing, producing, generating, providing, aggregating and/or marketing these greenhouse gas emission reductions for sale as offsets in existing and emerging voluntary and compliance ghg emission trading markets. The COPC’s purpose is to ensure that evolving ghg regulatory regimes in the US develop in a manner that promotes both environmental integrity and economic efficiency, which the COPC believes is best achieved through the establishment of a robust marketplace for offset providers and their customers.

Canadian Standards Association
Blue Source plans to list several ghg reduction projects with the Canadian Standards Association. CSA is a not-for-profit association serving business, industry, government and consumers in Canada and the global marketplace. CSA Climate Change is a specialized team within CSA that provides products and services to help an organization measure, report and manage ghg emissions, reductions and removals for registration. Through its own serialization engine, the ghg CleanProjectsTM Registry tags each tonne of verified emission reductions with a unique serial number to ensure the utmost quality. CSA Climate Change offers the unique, multi-functional perspective and resources needed to develop products and services to drive development, commercialization and verification of practical and effective climate change solutions.

Plains CO2 Reduction Partnership (PCOR)
Blue Source is a member of PCOR which is a collaboration of over 60 US and Canadian stakeholders that is laying the groundwork for practical and environmentally sound CO2 sequestration projects in the heartland of North America. PCOR is led by the Energy & Environmental Research Center at the University of North Dakota and is one of seven regional partnerships under the National Energy Technology Laboratory's (NETL) Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnership Program (RCSP). NETL and RCSP are part of the US Department of Energy's Office of Energy Resources.

Southwest Regional Partnership for Carbon Sequestration
Blue Source is a member of Southwest DOE partnership led by the Western Governors' Association and New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.The partnership has evaluated existing regulatory/permitting requirements, assessed the most appropriate sequestration strategies and evaluated and ranked sequestration technologies for CO2 capture and storage in the southwest region, which includes Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Utah.
